Ocliq MCP documentation

Connect a compatible AI assistant to exposed Ocliq CRM operations. Start with account scope and read tools, then review any proposed writes separately. Connection details are provided for your account during activation.

A connection to CRM context and supported actions

MCP is a standard way for an AI application to discover tools and request their execution. Ocliq remains the CRM; a compatible assistant uses the available operations to retrieve records, reason about returned information or request an authorized change.

MCP overview — official protocol documentation

The connected tool flow

  1. 1Find records or discover operations
  2. 2Inspect the operation contract
  3. 3Prepare parameters and account scope
  4. 4Read or preview
  5. 5Authorize applicable writes
  6. 6Inspect the result

The reviewed connector exposes search, fetch, search_operations, describe_operation and execute_operation. Operation discovery is different from unrestricted data access; execution still depends on the connected account and applicable checks.
