Moving your data to Ocliq
Ocliq handles assisted migration as part of the CAD 600 setup fee. We inventory your records, review the available exports and map the fields into your new workspace.
We review all the data you want to bring over: contacts, lead sources, tags, custom fields, notes, tasks, opportunities and history. Transfer depends on the exports and access your current CRM provides; we confirm what will transfer and any limitations before migration.
Check specialized records separately
For a move from a real estate management platform, list transaction records, commission calculations, website content, documents and connected services separately from contacts. Confirm the export format and destination for each. Keep your current account until you have checked sample imported records and agreed on what remains in another tool.
